No fixed investment period means no artificial deadlines. You will see investments through from origination to realisation or long-term ownership, and you will be judged on outcomes over years.

Compensation is tied to the long-term performance of the firm's investments, not to deal volume.

Investment Associate, Private Investments
Three to five years' experience in investment banking, private equity or transaction services. Strong financial modelling, fluency in English and in Mandarin or Cantonese, and an appetite for real responsibility from the first week.

One to three years' experience in equity research or a fundamental, long-only investment role. Intellectual curiosity, clear writing and a demonstrated interest in businesses rather than in markets.

Five or more years in corporate or structured lending, with direct experience of documentation, security and enforcement in Hong Kong and Singapore. Comfortable with bespoke structures and hands-on monitoring.
