• Due diligence and screening: where you are a counterparty, shareholder, director or beneficial owner of a business with which we are considering a transaction, identity, background and sanctions-screening information obtained from you or from public and commercial sources.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic access logs generated when you visit this website. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. How we use personal data

• To respond to enquiries and evaluate proposals submitted to the firm.
• To conduct due diligence, know-your-counterparty, anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening required by law or by the firm’s policies.
• To negotiate, document and manage investments and related agreements.
• To assess job applications and manage recruitment.

• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not use personal data for direct marketing and we do not sell or rent personal data to any party.

Enquiry data relating to proposals that do not proceed is ordinarily deleted within twenty-four months. Transaction records are retained for at least seven years. Unsuccessful job application data is ordinarily deleted within twelve months unless you ask us to retain it.

You have the right under the Ordinance to request access to and correction of your personal data. Requests should be made in writing to info@eliteprimefareast.com. We may charge a reasonable fee for processing an access request as permitted by law.

This website uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
